By accessing our website or placing an order with NZK Packaging Group ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all buyers, vendors, and visitors. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and interactions involving the purchase, supply, or inquiry of jumbo paper and plastic film rolls, including but not limited to art paper, newsprint, paperboard, BOPP film, stretch film, and PE coated paper.

All quotations provided by NZK Packaging Group are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotations are subject to availability of stock and raw material pricing at the time of order confirmation. An order is considered binding only upon receipt of our written order confirmation and receipt of any required deposit. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including situations where product availability has changed, pricing errors have occurred, or payment has not been received within the agreed timeframe. Custom specifications (including specific GSM, width, core size, and roll diameter) may require minimum order quantities and extended lead times. These will be clearly communicated during the quotation process.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, freight charges, and insurance unless explicitly included in the quotation. Payment terms are as follows: • New customers: 100% advance payment before shipment • Established customers: As agreed in writing (typically 30–50% deposit, balance before shipment) • Letter of Credit (L/C): Accepted by arrangement for large orders We accept bank wire transfers (T/T), Letters of Credit (L/C at sight), and other agreed payment instruments. Credit card payments may be subject to processing fees. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 2% per month, and to suspend or cancel pending orders.

Delivery timelines provided in quotations are estimates and are not guaranteed. Lead times typically range from 2–8 weeks depending on product type, order volume, and destination. All goods are shipped under Incoterms as agreed in the purchase order (commonly EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF). Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer at the point specified in the agreed Incoterms. The buyer is responsible for obtaining all necessary import permits, licenses, and clearances. NZK Packaging Group. is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carrier disruptions, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control. Partial shipments may be made by mutual agreement. Each partial shipment constitutes a separate delivery.

All products are manufactured to industry-standard specifications or as agreed in the confirmed order. Slight variations in GSM (±5%), width (±2mm), and color may occur within accepted industry tolerances and do not constitute defects. NZK Packaging Group provides a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and/or test reports upon request. Products are supplied with quality documentation as standard. The buyer is responsible for confirming that products meet their intended application requirements before placing an order. We strongly recommend requesting samples prior to bulk orders, particularly for new product lines or critical applications.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without our express written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NZK Packaging Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: • Use or inability to use our products or services • Product defects discovered after the agreed inspection period • Delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control • Loss of profits, business, or data Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NZK Packaging Group is registered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our registered location, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For international transactions, the parties may agree in writing to submit disputes to international arbitration under ICC Rules.

NZK Packaging Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
